Our commitment

Lavi Silver Group Ltd. is working to make this website accessible in line with the Equal Rights for Persons with Disabilities (Service Accessibility Adjustments) Regulations, 5773-2013, and Israeli Standard IS 5568, which adopts the international WCAG 2.0 guidelines at level AA.

What we have done

• An accessibility menu on every page, at the bottom-left. It enlarges text, raises contrast, underlines every link, stops animation and switches to a plainer typeface. Your choices are remembered on your device.
• A “skip to main content” link as the first item you reach with the keyboard, so you can pass the navigation.
• Keyboard operation throughout, with a visible focus outline on whatever you are on.
• Text alternatives on images, labelled form fields, and error messages tied to the field they describe.
• Respect for your operating system’s “reduce motion” setting.
• Structured headings and landmarks so a screen reader can move through a page by section.

Where we still fall short

We are being honest rather than reassuring: this site has not yet completed a full external accessibility audit, so we do not claim complete conformance. Known limitations:

• Some third-party components we rely on, including the anti-fraud check at checkout, are not fully under our control.
• The identity-verification step asks you to photograph an ID document, which is difficult or impossible for some users. If that affects you, contact us and we will complete verification with you directly by another route.
• Some documents we send, such as PDF invoices and declarations, may not yet be fully tagged for screen readers. Ask us and we will provide the same information in an accessible format.

Accessibility of our service beyond the website

We are an online business and do not operate a walk-in showroom. We meet customers by arrangement, and we will accommodate accessibility needs for any meeting or delivery. Tell us what you need when we arrange it.
